The problem of the 2 John LANGRIDGEs

under construction
On 14 September 1675 John LANGRIDGE (say #1) married Anne HYSTED (widow of Framfield) at Fletching, and had 8 children 1675-1683.
On   6 February  1676  John LANGRIDGE  (say #2) married Sarah WHITE (of Rotherfield) at Wadhurst, and had 6 children 1685-1696.
These were 2 different Johns with 2 distinct families.

One of them is the John baptised Horsted Keynes by William on 3 May 1655 (IGI batch C070651), but which?
And, which William was the father who baptised John?  William 1612 s/o  Robert 1573? or William 1634 s/o Robert 1608?
After considerable research the answer still eludes me (and other Langridge researchers too)
although I prefer #2 for my line because that John married Sarah of Rotherfield, and baptised my 6XG-GF Robert at Rotherfield.

However, either way, John descended from Lawrence LANGRIDGE 1545-1598.
Lawrence's 5 sons:

Robert 1573 East Grinstead,
married Elenor MANE/MAYNE 1597 at Warnham
Willyame Lutener c.1580 East Grinstead,
married Annys FRAUNSSYS 1599 at East Grinstead,
5 children at East Grinstead.
Thomas 1584 Worth, married Margery LAY 1611 at Horstyed Keynes,
3 children
Edward 1587 East Grinstead,
married Joan Joan KING 1611 at Ripe,
1 son
Lawrence 1589 East Grinstead,
married Masry SNASHALL 1622 at East Grinstead,
4 children
William 1612 Fletching, married (1) Elizabeth WHYTE 1634 at Lindfield, then (2) Denise (DUFFELL) HIDER 1650 at HeathfieldRobert 1608 East Grinstead,
married Anne BEST 1631 at Horsted Keynes,
7 children
nulWilliam 1634 Fletching,
marriage unknown, 1 only child?
John baptised 1655 by William at Horsted Keynes.
John baptised 1655 by William at Horsted Keynes.
This is my best effort at resolving this problem, and nothing is guaranteed.  (I need another John!)
